Airtouch offers comprehensive service and maintenance for the duration of a project, including the provision of spare parts. This includes both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as regular replacement of components such as batteries, motors, microfiber wipers, wheels, and bearings. Our in-house team of professionals handles all service and maintenance. We not only operate the system but also ensure it is well-maintained, giving the developers entrepreneur peace of mind. This is outlined in the service and maintenance contract signed for each project, with an annual fee paid per robot to cover costs.
